Do you maintain networks you did not build?
Yes. We start with an audit of the existing infrastructure to baseline and document its condition, then take it onto a planned maintenance and support contract — you do not have to have built it with us.
What does an AMC cover — preventive and corrective?
Both. Preventive maintenance covers scheduled inspections, testing and cleaning; corrective covers fault diagnosis and repair. We also support related infrastructure — power, UPS/batteries and cooling — to keep the network live.
Do you provide nationwide coverage and field response?
Yes — field teams operate across all seven emirates, with bases in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, so we can mobilise quickly for site visits and emergency callouts wherever your sites are.
Can you take over maintenance from another contractor?
Yes. After a handover audit and documentation review we can assume maintenance from an outgoing contractor with minimal disruption, and flag any improvements found during the audit.
